2- Pastel spring decorations

This spring again, pastel colors are what we refer to for easter decorations. They are just loaded with colors and makes us forget about winter. Use pink, yellow planters, lemon or floral patterned ones that will add the extra something to your kitchen design. The terracotta planter is the most popular and searched type of plant pot. Also think about pastel silk flowers that can be a great subtle way to get the vibe your are looking for.

3- Botanical and landscape art

We have previously talked about this new trend in a blog post. Adding some impressionist art to more modern and transitional settings is the way to go. This year again, we will see this type of canvas all around, especially the landscape paintings and botanical ones. See our favorite ones:

4- Simple flower arrangements

Keeping it simple is always better ! While it might be exciting to fill your home with a full range of spring flowers, choose between 2 to 4 varieties and stick to them. Keep your space uncluttered with simple and fresh flower bouquets. Why not go faux ? Synthetic flower arrangements look so good nowadays, you won’t even notice the difference. Plus, they will look fresh and colorful every days of the week, month and even year. Be inspired by this collaboration with Patricia Arruda.

5- Urban jungle plants

You might already know, it feels so good to be around tropical house plants and artificial palm trees. Why wait for summer to get some outdoor palm trees, when you can get them right now inside your home ? Urban jungles are the perfect mix of greenery sprouting out of hanging boxes and exotic plants (fiddle leaf fig tree, rubber tree, california palm tree and other tropical palms). Basically, green plants are works of art in urban jungle designs.
