RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 2 days to return merchandise for a refund and 5 days for an exchange.

Online return and refund policy:

We strive to provide complete customer satisfaction with each and every product ordered from Veronneau.com. If you’re not fully satisfied or if a product is dammaged, you have 2 days following delivery to return a package for a full refund, excluding shipping and other applicable fees. The package can also be exchanged for up to 5 days after delivery.
 
All products must be returned in mint condition, in their original packaging, with all documentation, pieces and accessories to obtain full refund. Returns are not accepted for floral arrangements or for products on sale. Certain conditions may apply. For more information, contact customer service at ecom@veronneau.com.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN STORE!
  • Contact customer service by telephone at 1-888-909-2998 (8 a.m. – 4p.m.) or by email at ecom@veronneau.com for confirmation of the return authorization.
  • Properly secure the product in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of all order documentation.
  • All products must be returned in mint condition, in their original packaging, with all documentation, pieces and accessories to obtain a full refund.
  • Return shipping fees must be pre-paid. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
  • Return the package to the following address: 2965 boulevard Le Corbusier, Laval (Québec ) H7L 3M3You have ten (10) days after delivery to return the package for a refund. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the product is returned due to manufacturing defect or delivery error on the part of Véronneau.

MODIFYING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER – ONLINE ORDERS

You can cancel your order at any time before its processing by calling 1-888-909-2998 or by sending an email to ecom@veronneau.com. However, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Should this occur, contact customer service to remedy the situation. Orders are, on occasion, cancelled by our system, such as in the following cases:
  • Product unavailability
  • Difficulty processing payment information
  • Inability to deliver to the address provided
  • Repeat of a previous order
Upon delivery of your order, check the contents immediately for any possible damage having occurred during delivery. Closely inspect all packaging and its contents. It is normal for packaging to show signs of wear. However, if the contents are damaged:
  • Accepted the package and note the damage on the purchase order.
  • Sign and date the purchase order.
The deliverer must also sign the delivery slip and provide you with a copy for your files.
