Unused and undamaged merchandised may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges will be granted up to 14 days after date of purchase.

Products purchased on sale, floral arrangements, special orders or products purchased during the Boxing Day period are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

If your product arrives damaged, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Once contacted, we will decide how best to proceed with a return, reimbursement, or exchange. Whether for reimbursement or exchange, the product must be received within 14 days. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs relating to the item's transport.
All products must be returned in mint condition, in their original packaging, with all documentation, pieces, and accessories to obtain a full refund.

Due to the large volume of orders received during the Holiday period, if, for any reason, there is an inventory discrepancy and a product in your order is missing, we reserve the right to reimburse the missing item, and ship the remaining items.
