These Terms of Use govern your practices associated with the Customer Ratings and Review platform offered by Les Plantes d\u2019Int\u00e9rieur V\u00e9ronneau Inc. (D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau).
\nBy submitting any rating or review unto \u201chttps:\/\/veronneau.com\/en\u201d you agree and warrant that:<\/div>\n

  • You are at least 16 years old.<\/li>\n
  • You are the sole writer of the intellectual property rights thereof. All material that is shared is trustworthy and relevant for other members of the community.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Additionally, you agree and warrant that you may not publish any material:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • That you know to be false, erroneous or ambiguous.<\/li>\n
    • That would violate any third party\u2019s intellectual property and license, trade secret or other public and\/or private propriety rights.<\/li>\n
    • That is, or may reasonably be considered defamatory, spiteful, racially, or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual or corporation.<\/li>\n
    • That contains any computer viruses or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In the event of a breach of your representations and agreements set forth above; you hereby authorize D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau (including but not limited to members of management) to indemnify you against all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including equitable legal costs.<\/p>\n

      For any material you post on the reviews and testimonials platform, you grant D\u00e9cor V\u00e9ronneau a permanent, binding, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify. (including but not limited to commercial purposes).<\/p>\n

      Any material shared herein may be used if in compliance with the above laws at the discretion of D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau; and reserves the right to edit, condense or delete any material on its website, and does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau to edit or delete any material you have submitted in a timely manner. Reviews and testimonials are generally published within 2 to 4 business days. In addition, D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau reserves the right to refuse any sharing of materials that do not comply with the above terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you, and not D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau, are responsible for the submission of any reviews and testimonials. None of the material you submit, other than your email address, is subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of D\u00e9cors V\u00e9ronneau.<\/p>\n
