We ordered this tree for an office. The tree is beautiful, and very natural looking. It was better than I anticipated. The construction is excellent. It arrived in BC 7 business days after ordering. Communication along the way was outstanding. The pot arrived broken, but after contacting customer service, they offered either the replacement of the pot or a discount on the product. The process from the point I contacted them to the point of processing the refund was less than 24 hours.
I highly recommend this company and their products and would order from Décor Véronneau again.

Le Ficus était bien emballé, j’ai apprécié qu’on m’appelle avant ka livraison. L’arbre convient parfaitement à notre décors, très bien fait, semble vraiment naturel. Excellent produit !
