Be careful what you order online. I ordered 2 of these planters. I ordered this specific planter since it was to be 55″ tall. When I received the order I noticed it was only 46″ Tall. Without calling to check with me, they replaced the Tall grass for a shorter one. When I told them I was not happy. This was their reply. “I understand your disappointment, that is why I just asked to change the height temporarily on the website. I will find 2 of the original and taller grass and send it to you. ” Now , how can they find the taller grass- after it was shipped. Even though they would ship it , there was NO way to rip out the old grass and put the new one in. NOT very professional of them.
On a good note , I love the planter box , very sturdy/heavy , and the arrangement/ flowers were very nice and real looking from afar.

Thank you for your feedback. As explained by my colleague, we were out of inventory for the central dracaenas, which is why they were replaced in the arrangements. Unfortunately, the change on the website did not follow quickly enough, which is why we took two dracaenas intended for another project in order to send them to you and satisfy you, which is our priority.
